Job Description: Service Manager N3 Boatworks, a full-service marine dealership offering Nautique, Centurion, and Supreme boats along with other used inboard boats, is in search of a qualified service manager. The Service Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling overall service operations ensuring each front of house service employee meets or exceeds sales objectives while maximizing profitability. They are responsible for the management of service technicians and the quality control of the repair and overhaul of inboard boats and trailers. They also need to ensure all staff members are dedicated to achieving maximum customer satisfaction. Position Relationships: Reports To: General Manager Key Internal Relationships: Service Team, Sales Team Direct Reports: Service Technician(s), Parts Associate, Service Writer, Warranty Writer Responsibilities of Service Manager Includes · Supervises Service Writer, Parts Associate, Warranty Writer and all service technician(s) · Performs annual review and performance appraisals · Maintains a good working relationship with vendors and staff · Handles personally all difficult and/or dissatisfied customers · Follows all safety precautions and procedures at all times · Ensures all technicians follow all safety policies and procedures at all times · Responsible for ensuring that all staff keeps shop clean and organized daily · Monitors shop supply inventory and submits orders as needed · Ensures that tools are organized, accounted for and maintained · Meets with service writer daily to review workflow · Executes service schedule · Communicates with customers on technical issues as needed · Helps test customer boats to ensure repairs were performed correctly · Submit work orders/parts requests to service writer to obtain customer authorized parts · Helps supervise the work/repair order from initial order to job completion · Follows manufacturer warranty policies and procedures · Review all recalls, service bulletins and product updates · Attends training seminars as needed · Performs other related duties as assigned Key Result Areas for Service Manager: · Internal/external customer satisfaction · Timely and accurate completion of work · Manages efficiency of hours among all service technicians · Maintain profitability within the department by scheduling correctly, managing comebacks and monitoring employee hours · Profitability of department Benefits/Pay · Fully paid health insurance · Opportunity to participate in retirement savings with company match · Paid vacations and holidays · Pay is dependent upon experience

Job Description: Marine Technician N3 Boatworks, a full service marine dealership offering Nautiques,Centurions, Supremes and other used inboard boats, is in search of a qualified marine technician. The Marine Technician is responsible for the repair and overhaul of inboard boats and trailers. Position Relationships: Reports To: Service Writer Key Internal Relationships: Service Writer, Service Team, Parts Manager Direct Reports: N/A Responsibilities of Marine Technician Includes • Examine boat and discuss the nature and extent of damage or malfunction with the service manager or customer • Perform diagnostics and repair of all types of inboard marine engines and transmissions/drives • Perform mechanical repair work such as: ◦ remove engine or transom ◦ disassemble unit and inspect parts for wear ◦ overhaul or replace carburetors, blowers, distributors, starters, pumps, electrical and fuel systems ◦ rebuild parts such as engine cylinder blocks ◦ rewire ignition system, lights and instrument panel ◦ replace and adjust taillights ◦ install and repair accessories such as radios, heaters, mirrors, and ballast systems • Operate a hydraulic jack or hoist as needed • Advise customers and/or insurance adjusters as to necessary repairs • Complete repair work utilizing service scheduler within the established timeframe • Ensure all warranty work is completed according to manufacturer’s guidelines • Safely operate customer vessels during diagnostic water testing operations • Maintain tools in good condition and according to guidelines • Other duties as assigned Key Result Areas for Marine/Service Technician : • Internal/external customer satisfaction • Timely and accurate completion of work • Maintain minimum number of comebacks Benefits/Pay • Fully paid health insurance • Opportunity to participate in retirement savings with company match • Paid vacations and holidays • Pay is dependent upon experience

Job Description: Lot Porter N3 Boatworks, a full service marine dealership offering Nautiques,Centurions, Supremes and other used inboard boats, is in search of a qualified Lot Porter. Position Relationships: Reports To: Service Manager/General Manager Key Internal Relationships: Service Writer, Service Team, Parts Manager, Sales Team Direct Reports: N/A Responsibilities of Service Operations Technician Includes • Maintain forklift, tractor, company vehicles and equipment • Assist various facility maintenance duties, such as test pit maintenance, building maintenance, fence management, etc. • Provide loading and unloading services for customer’s boats, new boats, freight shipments, etc. • Provide boat parking and staging assistance as requested by the service department • Keep vehicles, test pit, and grounds neat, orderly and clean • Maintain all facility grounds including debris removal • Other duties as assigned Key Result Areas for Service Operations technician : • Internal/external customer satisfaction • Timely and accurate completion of work • Increase marine technician efficiency Benefits/Pay • Fully paid health insurance • Opportunity to participate in retirement savings with company match • Paid vacations and holidays • Pay is dependent upon experience
